Solution:
You need to have an administrator previllage for your current user on windows 8 ... then follow my steps and continue
- Press Windows Key + Q
- Type command
- Right Click on Command Prompt Tile
- Select Run as administrator from bottom ribbon
- type this command in the black screen and press enter
net user administrator /active:yes
