The installer cannot run in this UI mode. To specify the interface mode. Use the -i command-line option, followed by the UI mode identifier. The valid UI modes identifiers are GUI, Console, and Silent.

Solution:

Right Click on EXE file and go to Properties > Compatibility and change the compatibility mode to Windows 7 or Older

Recommendation:

1- Most of time you can find exe files in Temp Directory. For find Windows Temp Directory go to 

-Temp Directory: C:\Users\[USER NAME]\AppData\Local\Temp

-Temp Directory: go to Run (WinKey + R) and type %temp% and press Enter

2- Checked the Run this program as an administrator in Compatibility window.

Problem:

Speed Up File Copy in Windows 7

1- Disable Auto-tuning
Command: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

2- Remove RDC

Error:
The operation failed to complete because the Disk Management console view is not up-to-date. Refresh the view by using the refresh task. If the problem persists close the Disk Management console, then restart Disk Management or restart the computer.

Story:
After install Norton Partition Magic 8 on my Windows 7, my last partition flies to die. I could not see that or change drive letter in Disk Management.

Solution:
- Install Acronis Disk Director Suite.
- Find Your partition and Right Click on it and Select Advanced > Convert to same last time (for example i select NTFS-Logical) and after commit the changes you can set a drive letter for your partition and make a celebrity for this :-D [specially thanks to Ahmad Ibrahim]

Q: Every time I start one of our customized apps. I get the Open file Security Warning.

Q: We are getting a "Windows Security" error warning us of an "unknown publisher" every time we try to open a particular program from network drive.

Q: I have Windows XP Home. I use the mapped drive so that a folder containing shortcuts can be used from another computer in the house without rewriting the shortcut for each computer. Now, every time I access the shortcut, I get the "Publisher could not be verified" message.

Q: have a Windows Server 2003 terminal server allowing access to ONE app. When the users launch the app they get an "Open File - Security Warning" that the app does not have a digital signature and prompts them to hit "run" to launch it.

Q: When I try to run a program from my file server, I see a "file download" warning box.
