Adobe Photoshop CS6 blink/glitch

Errors: 
- Why Photoshop CS6 turn on/off ...

Solution:
- Edit > Preferences > Performances > Advanced Settings ... > Change to Basic
- Restart the Photoshop
It's done but this is not a solution and it's help to avoid of problem :-(

1- Download and Run TFTPBoot.exe

2- Change all settings (follow these screen shots)

3- Turn-on destination computer and press F12
4- after Windows Started ... type this command (on destination computer)

PS: IP and Path are related your source computer
PS: After this prompt you need to enter username and password like COMPUERNAME\Administrator and password
5- Go to share folder and start windows setup ... (with these commands)
Y: [PRESS ENTER]
SETUP [PRESS ENTER]

Problem
- I am using Windows 7 with 4GB of RAM but system properties says 4GB RAM(2.99GB Usable) ...
- Installed 4GB RAM but the windows 7 says Usable 2.99GB RAM
- Windows 7 shows 4.096 GB(2.96 GB Usable) memory
- Why the Windows 7 memory (RAM) 4 GB (3.25 GB usable) ...

You need to install Windows 7 - 64 bit

Technical Answer
A 32bit desktop windows 7 can just address 4GB of memory addresses.
This memory is include RAM + other hardware memory like Graphic Card,
Then if you have
4GB RAM + 1GB Graphic Card Memory = ~3.0 GB RAM available
4GB RAM + 512MB Graphic Card Memory = ~3.5 GB RAM available
and etc...

Solution:
If you got this error in installation processes of Windows Vista or Windows 7 then you must check your memory. I changed the RAM modules and the problems went :-D

You can solve it, fast and easy with this solution just flow these steps.
1- Open Windows Fax and Scan
2- Goto Tools > Fax Accounts...
3- Select and Remove the error signed account(s)

4- Press on Add... button
5- Choose a right options from Fax Setup wizard.

1- Download froyo-vm-20100812.iso from the following links.

2- Run VMware Workstation. (After install VMware on your machine)

3- Create a virtual machine.

4- Select the DVD Player or ISO file (i select the iso file directly).

5- Select 1GB for start (if you want to have more than this check the SCSI/IDE option because in this version android have problem with SCSI)

6- Choose the Customize button

7- Unchecked the 3D graphics option in Display Adapter

8- Follow the screen-shots and enjoy :-D
