Solution:
It's so simple. Go to below folder and delete or rename it ... ;-)
C:\Users\{YOUR USER}\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Media Player
like
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Media Player

Actual file history is listed in a file that can be deleted: %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Media Player\Local Store\settings\library.xml
Thumbnails for those files can be deleted and are located at: %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Media Player\Local Store\thumbnails\

My favorites >> My personal video's >> hover over and click the checkboxes of the files in the lower right corner you want to delete, then click Remove below
